Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work mentioned in tender documents and directions of Engineer In charge: Infrastructure and External Development works for HELA building, Civil & Services Works such as Levelling, Internal Roads and Pathways, Storm drains, Foot Path, Trenches for services , Rain Water Harvesting, External Water Supply Network (Filtered and Unfiltered), External Sewer System , Landscaping, Horticulture Operations etc. as per scope of work, Tender Drawings and direction of Engineer- In-Charge

RCC Concrete road, Footpath, Open Path ways/Ramps / Building approach /drop off (including sub base, kerb stones, joints etc.) complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.
