Making opening suitable for installation of 1 no. 300 mm sweep Axial flow fan i/c cutting, grouting of bolts, making good the damages, complete as reqd. (NBSNL BTS room / Shelter as per site requirement)

Supplying installation, testing and commissioning of 1 no. heavy duty axial flow type fan 300 mm sweep , 1350/1400 RPM suitable for single phase 220 V AC supply including clamps, fixing bolts, sundry materials, complete as reqd. (Make Trumax or Similar Superior make)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning the louvers / shutters complete for rain protection suitable for above axial flow fan as required.

Supplying/Fixing M.S collar including fabrication with 16 swg M.S sheet including gasket and putty including painting for rain protection and provision of fixing louvers / shutters.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning Timer / Time switch (AUTS02DIG00 of L& K or similar superior make) on surface fixed on a suitable size of PVC / MS box with cover for alternative operation of above axial flow fan complete as reqd.

Supplying and laying of 3 x 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping / PVC conduit for connection of Axial flow fan and timer as required.

Making fresh air inlet arrangement complete with followinga) Making opening 450mm x 350mm and making good the damages for air filter assembly b) S/F 14 SWG perforated GI/MS sheet with painting on outer surface of wall including arrangement for preventing rain water and wire mesh with suitable frame on inner surface complete with painting as reqd. c) S/F aluminium channel framing on inside surface of wall for drawing out air filter for time to time cleaning/washing d) S/F synthetic washable type air filter to prevent dust particle and insect.
