Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 30 meter and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 stone grit size 12-20mm.) in foundation/ base concrete including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) cement coarse sand mortar with Brick M150 grade including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plaster in 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) mortar including cost of all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

25 mm. thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 stone grit size 12-20mm.) in bed of drain including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Beldar for cleaning jungle / jhari and silt in drains including labour & T&P etc. required for proper complition of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Making soak pit 2.5 m. diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45x45 cm. dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m. long complete as per standard design with common burnt clay F.P.S.
