The work comprises a comprehensive labor charge for the complete dismantling of the engine (including the sump, oil pump, connecting rods, pistons, and cylinder heads), followed by the cleaning of all internal components. The labor also covers the careful reassembly with the new crankshaft, the adjustment of clearances (Main Bearing, Big End, and End Float), and Engine Alignment checks. Furthermore, it requires the replacement of all necessary Engine Gasket Sets, Oil Seals, O-rings, and Packing disturbed during the overhaul, which includes the Sump Gasket, Cylinder Head Gaskets/O-rings, and Front & Rear Crankshaft Seals. The supply also includes Fresh Engine Oil (as per OEM specification and quantity), New Oil Filters, New Fuel Filters, and Coolant/Anti-freeze for the first filling after the rebuild. Finally, the scope covers Commissioning, no-load running, a load test (e.g., for 4 hours at 75% load), and the monitoring of engine parameters (oil pressure, temperature, blow-by, and vibrations) to confirm satisfactory operation as per OEM standards. The work must be complete in all aspects, all as specified and as directed. |
| 32 | Comprehensive rewinding of the 415V, 3-Phase Alternator of any capacity (KVA/KW) required during the contract period of the DG set. The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks and materials, complete in all aspects as specified and directed:Dismantling & Cleaning: Complete dismantling of the Alternator unit, visual inspection, and chemical/steam cleaning of all components (core, housing, rotor, etc.).Winding Removal & Data: Stripping of old, burnt/damaged stator and rotor windings, followed by recording of winding data and slot insulation removal.Stator Rewinding: Installation of New Copper Winding using Electrolytic Grade 99.9% Pure Copper and Enameled High-Temperature Class 'H' or 'F' Insulated Wire. This includes slot insulation, connection of leads, and internal wiring as per the original design.(Supply of Cu wire is measured in the respected item of this schedule.)Rotor/Exciter Work: Inspection and necessary repair or complete rewind of the main rotor field winding and/or Exciter windings using compatible high-grade insulated copper wire.VPI Treatment: Application of High-Grade Insulating Varnish to all new windings, followed by Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) or an equivalent high-quality impregnation process, and baking to ensure maximum moisture resistance and mechanical stability.Component Replacement: Supply and replacement of New Deep Groove Ball Bearings (e.g., SKF/FAG or equivalent standard) and replacement of all necessary Gaskets, Oil Seals, and Hardware during reassembly.Reassembly & Alignment: Complete reassembly of the alternator unit, mounting back onto the DG set, and execution of necessary alignment checks.Testing & Commissioning: Conduction of pre-commissioning checks including Insulation Resistance (Megger) test and Continuity Check. | 104 | General Terms and Condition for item no ( & ) :-(i) All work shall be carried out only by authorised Rep of OEM and using all genuine spare parts supplied by OEM only, in this regard an MOU between OEM i.e M/S TK Elevators and the Contractor must be perform , A copy of the same MOU shall be uploaded with the tender document .(ii) Contractor should be responsible of proper functioning of all the system from current condition (either in malfunctioning or working) in the initial phase of contract and rate for for the same shall be included in the quoted.
