| 1 | Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 and applying evenly a priming tack coat woth machanical sprayer over old black top surfaces with paving bitumen VG-10at 10Kg/10 Sqm graded by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 2 | Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 30mm depth and not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, putting in & including premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg/sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Preparing unsurfaced Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates. |
| 4 | S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height dully powder coated and thermoplastic elastomers 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflectors radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Marking lines 2.5mm thick, dashes arrows etc of any description not exc 10cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |

Board stove enamelled and baked 120°C to make it all weather resistant. Board laminated on both sides with reflective sheets, computer cut letters, sign including taking down old sign board and as directed by Engineer in charge. Sign board to have 12mm reflective boarder all around the board supported with bolts, over a pair of legs made out of 47mm Sq SS pipe of 16 gauge sheet of length 3mtr each complete all as specified and as directed.
