| 1 | Taking down fan of any type/make and size of AC ceiling fan, carefully from fan hook, and transporting to MES E/M store yard, and refixing on same location or other location complete all as specified and as directed.( Cost of repairing including replacement of spares if any will be measured and paiid seperately under relevent items of this schedule. |
| 2 | Cutting the existing copper winding of AC ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 metres long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials including varnishing, heating and drying complete including satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 9 | M & L for painting of ceiling fan complete with blades ,in situ with synthetic enamel paint Duco by spraying including filling cavities with filler ,ones coat after cleaning all dust etc.complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Taking down exhaust fan of size 200mm to 300mm sweep of any make and transporting from any location to MES E/M store yard, and refixing on same location or other location carefully after repairing, washing by petrol ,greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 meters long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items . |

| 21 | Re-Metalling the worn out shaft at bush/ ball bearing seat by brazing/ welding and machining for proper fixing of ball bearing/ bush of any size of ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan/ wall fan complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | S&F in repairs hook for hanging ceiling fan size as per site requirement including nut,bolts &clamps complete all as specified and as directed |
| 23 | Taking down unserviceable Geysers of any capacity from its location by disconnecting and sealing all electrical and water lines for painting/maintenance/servicing/overhauling , opening the same for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts, including cleaning , taking out sludge from inner tank and washing with cleaning solution and reassembling and refixing the same in its original location /position , connecting all electrical and water connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.Note : (a) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under \\"Supply only\\" rates here-in-after.(b) Minor Part if any , not mentioned in the schedule but required for smooth functioning of geyser are deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item. |
