Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Laying, butt welding and testing of ISI marked steel tubes plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends according to relevant BIS standards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pices and bends as per site requirement and made from parent tubes ( to be measurer and paid alongwith pipes. Bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 111/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The damaged portion of galvanization due welding shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by providing two coats of bituminous paint over priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. (Earth work to be measure & paid for separately).

Butt welding as per revant BIS specification (leak proof including cost of Carriage of welding sets, bends tail pieces, tees reducers increasers etc. as per site requirement and as per directio of the Engineer-in-charge, earth work in trencher to be measured and paid for separately i/c all leads lifts and carriage of materials at site. (Already laid pipes)
