| 12 | Dismantling of old damaged / deteriorated rubber seals of the Spillway gate by cutting / removing counter sunk screws, dismantling of flat strip and after dismantling making seal base surface smooth/even by scrapping, cleaning, welding, grinding, complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | Removing old paint from steel and other metal surfaces & making the surface even and smooth - 50% with hand scrapping & 50% with flame cleaning |
| 14 | Painting two coats with ready mixed Zinc rich primer, Berger make, on steel galvanized iron/ steel works |
| 15 | Painting two coats excluding primer coat with coal tar epoxy paint, Berger make, on previously painted steel/metal surface with brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all greases, dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. |
| 16 | Providing and fixing 1 No. bottom flat Neoprene Rubber seal of cross-section W100 mm x D16 mm (Lion make) along with seal packings to prevent any leakage of water from the gate complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 20 | Extraction of Spillway Stop Logs and removal of silt / muck deposited in the stop log gates during extraction of stop log gates (under water) and cleaning and preparing surface even smooth of stop log gates to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
