Dismantling of Monocrane from channel above Intake Stop Logs and fixing the same on channel above Trash Rakes by making a suitable platform structure of MS Plate/Girders/AI by welding, drilling of holes & jointing by nuts and bolts wherever required, dismantling of platform structure after shifting of monocrane complete in all respects as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of underwater muck, debris at bottom of Trash Rake and manualy collecting it on the floor of Trash Rake. Transportation and disposal of the debries collected at floor to a lead of 2km via tracter complete in all respects as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of Trash Racks (42Nos) in a sequential manner as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old paint from steel and other metal surfaces & making the surface smooth and even with hand scraping and flame scrapping as required as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of make Asian/Berger on steel galvanized iron/ steel works as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats excluding primer coat with superior coal tar epoxy paint of make Asian/Berger on previously painted steel/metal surface with brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all greases, dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc.as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
