Hiring of Excavator cum rock breaker for breaking/removal of rocks/boulders in all kind of soil, material such as soft or hard rock complete for disposal of cut materials lift up to any heights and leads as per directions by the Engineer-in-Charge requirement including POL. charges and other establishment required at site i.e. operator cleaner and other staff and other incidental charges complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
