| 2 | Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Nominal Mix 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to eight crushed graded stone aggregate 40mm ) (forty millimeter) .The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 3 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (C.C. 1:3:6)(One cement is to three Coarse sand is to six graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 4 | Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete hume pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One Cement is to two Sand) but excluding cost of excavation, protection work, back filling ,concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapet as per MORD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 1108. 900mm dia ( Nine hundred millimetre) dia including entire carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 5 | Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 nominal mix ( One Cement is to five Sand is to Ten graded crushed stone aggregrate.) 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size with minimum cement contents 130 kg (One hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre and curring complete . including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in retaining walls, breast wall as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification 2014 Clause 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 6 | Back filling behind abutment , wing walls return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. | 7 | Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 305.3.9 earth filling and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GSTbuilding and other construction worker, welfare cess, royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsover in this respect of the same . |
| 8 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per Square metre as per table 500.2 of MORD technical specification 2014, on the prepared bitumenious surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. of MORD technical specification 2014, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 9 | Providing and laying bituminous macadam for correction layer and pot hole with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all lead laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification MORD 2014 Clause 504 with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ minimum 3.3 (three Point Three) per cent VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per IRC-29-1988 complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. |
| 10 | Providing and laying 30 mm (thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes (seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ minimum 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent VG-30 (Viscosity grade thirty) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per IRC-29-1988 complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
