| 3 | Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per technical specification Clause 504 complete within all leads and lifts including carriage of material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (thirty milimetre) thick with 100-120 one hunderd-one hundred twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder 54 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 (five hundred nine) complete in all respects |
