The actual cost incurred shall be reimbursed to the agency on submission of original bills and proof execution, without any mark-up or service charge subject to the prior written approval of MILMA. Media inventory costs (hoarding rent, transit media charges etc.) shall be reimbursed at actual and shall not attract any mark-up. |
