Supplying of 1.5 TR 5 star High wall inverter type split AC unit having minimum cooling capacity of 4536 Kcal/hr (5275 watts) and as per BEE star rating minimum ISEER of 5.6 with temperature control thermistor remote control unit filters rotary swing type compressor copper tubes for both indoor and outdoor unit and supplying 3 meters length of each (i) Hot and cold refrigerant copper piping each(ii) Copper conductor flexible connecting electrical cable between indoor and outdoor unit (iii) PVC drain pipe of suitable size and topping up of refrigerant if required, transportation of all of the above to the various site etc as required.Note1 The length of refrigerant copper pipes for hot and liquid lines IDU to ODU cable and PVC drain pipe shall be included up to 03 Mtr. in Item 1 Additional extra length shall be paid, as per Item- 3 4 and 6 for refrigerant pipes cable and PVC pipe respectively.2 The manufacturers Suppliers shall give a warranty of the air conditioner for 15 months from date of supply or 12 months from date of installation which is earlier. Thereafter 4 years (48 months) additional warranty on PCB (Indoor and Outdoor Printed circuit board) card and the compressor.3 The Condenser coil tube and evaporator coil tube shall be made from copper of high quality grade.

Providing and fixing of additional refrigerant copper piping (i e for Hot (gas) and cold (liquid) line) of suitable size for the above split AC units over and above 3 mtrs length where ever required including insulation and additional gas charging if required etc complete as required Note Only single run will be measured for both (i e hot (gas) and cold (liquid) line) refrigerant pipes

Supplying and laying of ISI mark PVC insulated Copper conductor flexible cable of size 4 core 2.5 sq.mm along with refrigeration pipes or on surface of wall or tray etc complete as required ( ISI mark Cable)
