The amount quoted in figures shall be taken as final in case of any discrepancy.

Experts shall be deployed on the project for a period in months as specified against each position. The deployment of the Experts shall be in spells of 1 month at a time divided over the duration of the Contract, as per the schedule approved by DMRC.

The payment for deployment of Experts shall be made as per the actual deployment, on the basis of man month rate quoted. If the deployment of the Experts is not made or delayed (as per the agreed schedule and duration)for whatever reasons, a deduction of 1.5 times the man month rate shall be made for the duration of delay.

Payment shall be made only for the above-mentioned experts under Schedule B of the BoQ. Any other staff/personnel deployed (apart from the above-mentioned experts), as required for the project, throughout the contract duration and during any approved time extension (if any), shall have no additional cost/financial implication to the Employer.

The above rates shall be considered for processing any variations in case the need so arises in the execution of the contract.

Payment for the above- mentioned experts shall be done in INR only, under Schedule-B of the BoQ. Contract PD/CV/E-03 : Engagement of Detailed Design Consultant (DDC) for Architectural and E&M design works for Central Vista Depot (adjoining Line-8 Majlis Park station) at Grade & at elevated level, for Delhi MRTS Phase-V ANNEXURE 13APROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS(Refer Clause C 2.2 and C15.1 of ITT) The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document: Sr. No Clause Deviations Price adjustment for each deviation/s Note:1. The Tenderer shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Annexure 13A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.2. Where there is no deviation, please indicate ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is left as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.4. All deviations have been listed and priced in the financial proposal and deviations not priced will be treated as null and void and stand withdrawn.
