The Bill Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tenders, Instructions to tenderers, General Terms and Conditions, Drawings and Employer's Requirements.

Tenderer has to quote rate of License Fee per Square Meter per month against item given in BOQ. The rate to be quoted by Bidders shall be filled in figures only.

The rate quoted for License Fee per Square Meter per month in Bill of Quantities is exclusive of GST & TCS. The prevailing rate of GST is @ 18% w.e.f 01.07.2017 which may vary time to time as per statuary orders. Any further increase/decrease in rates of GST will also be applicable. It is to be noted that License Fee is exclusive of GST while parking rates are inclusive of GST, refer clause 9 of General Terms & Conditions (GTC).

If the tenderer fails to quote rate against any item in BOQ, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected

Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (Rs.) only.

Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per clause E5.2 of ITT.

Bidders are required to download the BOQ file, open it and complete the coloured (unprotected) cells with their respective financial quotes and other details (such as name of the bidder). No other cells should be changed. Once the details have been completed, the bidder should save it and submit it online on http://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app, without changing the filename. If the BOQ file is found to be modified by the bidder, the bid will be rejected. The rate shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.

Bidders are required to quote the rate per unit in the highlighted cell of BOQ. Subsequently the Monthly license fee and Annual license fee shall be automatically derived in the relevant cell of BOQ.

Tenders will be awarded to the Highest quoted bidder i.e. H1 (LOA will be awarded to the highest quoted bidder).
