Sch 'A' Part-I (SEC-III Earth Work)

The scope of work consists of performing such works and /or services upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in these documents and upon the conditions contained hereinafter and in the aforesaid MES schedule Sec-III \\" Earth work\\" of MES Schedule of Rates (SSR) Part-II 2020 and supplementary rates forming part of contract agreement for a Period of 11 months from date of acceptance.

Notes:-(i) Old U/s materials obtained during demolition/taking down of existing work shall be taken on charge under salvage register/demolition ledger and necessary record (RV) will be attached with each ( Bill) and also the same quantity will be justified through BOO.(ii) Work orders shall be issued by Accepting Officer as per requirement of Engineer-in-Charge . Work orders number will be alloted by GE and bill of each work order will be processed for technical check of DCWE (Contracts) of CWE's office (When value of Work order is more than 2.50 Lakhs); Work orders upto 2.5 Lakhs value will be technically checked by JE(QS&C) and AGE (C) individually of GE office and will be subsequently processed to AO for payment. (iii) Supplimentary rates of non SSR items shall be considered as per Sch 'A' Notes on Ser Page No 16 & 17of CA and will be treated at PAR SSR Rates (2020).

Sch 'A' Part-II (Sec-XVIII Water Supply, Plumbing, Drains and Sanitary Appliances)

The scope of work consists of performing such works and /or services upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in these documents and upon the conditions contained hereinafter and in the aforesaid MES schedule Sec-XVIII Water Supply, Plumbing, Drains and Sanitary Appliances of MES Schedule of Rates (SSR) Part-II 2020 and supplementary rates forming part of contract agreement for a Period of 11 months from date of acceptance.

Sch 'A' Part-III (Sec XXVII Fire Hydrant, Fire Detection and Alarm System Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System)

The scope of work consists of performing such works and /or services upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in these documents and upon the conditions contained hereinafter and in the aforesaid MES schedule Sec XXVII Fire Hydrant, Fire Detection and Alarm System Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System of MES Schedule of Rates (SSR) Part-II 2020 and supplementary rates forming part of contract agreement for a Period of 11 months from date of acceptance.
