| 1 | Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of HC Pumping unit having specification 35000 GPH x 150 mtrs. Head along with allied works at CPS Muthi Phase II. Providing of HC pumpset having specifications 35000 GPH x 150 Mtrs. Head coupled with 3 phase low-speed motor, along with base plate, coupling pulley, coupling guard and other allied accessories.Laying of RCC foundation block:Job includes excavation of earth work for laying of RCC foundation block by way of dismantling of old foundation blocks with the help of required tool and tackle and manual labour as per site requirement. Disposing off the excavated material from the site to safer distance with the help of manual labour and mechanical transport. Job includes digging of pit of size 8’X3.5’X5’ and disposal of excavated material from the site of the work to the place of dumping. Providing and fixing of 25 mm dia. x 1 meter long 8 Nos. foundation bolts fabricated out of MS round having 150 mm long threading on one side and other side forming “J” shape. Properly placing of foundation bolts in position along with base plate and properly anchoring the bolts with steel mesh by welding with special welding electrodes. Providing/Lying of RCC foundation block of size 8’X3.5’ as per size of foundation plate in 1:2:3 cement concrete mix having requisite reinforcement with 12 mm/14 mm dia. tor steel from center to centre having mesh of size 6” spacing (approx.), then leave the foundation block for curing purposes for at least ten days. Fitting of base frame plate on the top of the block and levelling it both horizontally as well as vertically. Then plastering and finishing from outside. Job includes fitting of Pump on the base frame then complete job includes cost of material and labour charges for laying of the foundation block, plastering and finishing. Installation: Shifting the pump set to site of work using crane and manual labour. Placing the pump and motor on the base frame by using crane, skilled manpower and other tools and tackles. Levelling of pump and motor properly making alignment of the pump and motor on base frame and fastening with base frame after providing and fitting of superior quality hexagonal fasteners with washers. Suction line: Providing, fabrication and laying of MS 150 mm suction pipeline to pump of by providing of pipe, fabrication of bends and flanges as per required lengths and quantity and welding jointing of flanges with existing pipe then providing and fitting of 150 mm sluice valve. P/F of 150 mm flanges, jointing material, industrial gases, welding rods etc. and labour charges for earth work excavation, to and fro carriage of tools tackles material and their manual handling etc.Delivery line: Providing, fabrication and laying of MS 125 mm delivery pipeline to pump with providing of pipe, fabrication of bends and flanges etc. as per required length. Providing and fitting of 125 mm sluice valve, 125 mm reflex valve and making inter-connections with the existing rising main including cost of material required. Complete job includes cost of material like Sluice valve and reflex valve each, bends along with other fitting materials. Painting: Scratching of rusted portion by emery papers on both newly laid suction and delivery pipes and making an even surface for painting of the pumping equipment. Painting of all the suction, delivery pipes with one coat of red oxide and then painting of all the pumping equipment with two coats of synthetic enamel i.e. suction delivery, sluice valves, reflux valve. Job including cost of material and labour charges. (Complete job).Complete job including cost and carriage of materials i.e. HC pump along with motor and allied accessories, laying of block along with material and labour, MS pipe for delivery and suction lines along with fabrication of bends, flanges, valves etc. painting of delivery and suction lines, installation of pump set and testing on full load. Carriage and Servicing:Installation: - Providing & fitting of Aluminium cable 3.5 core of 120 mm sq. 15 mtrs approx. for connection of LT panel with voltage stabilizer and Providing & fitting of copper cable 95 mm sq. 6 leads 6 mtrs each (36 mtrs approx.) from LT Control Panel to HC Motor. Providing and fitting of Neutral wire as per requirement .The laying of cable from panel to Motor should be done through channel made up of concrete mixture 1:2:4 covered with trash rack of required side. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges, transportation of material from workshop to pumping station at site of work. The job includes testing of HC Pumpset with already existing panel. Complete job including cost and carriage of materials i.e. pump, motor, laying of delivery and suction line, valves, cables, labour charges and rebate on old parts and wires. Installation: - Complete job including cost of material and labour charges, transportation from workshop to pumping station at site of work and rebate on old parts. The technical specification may change during the execution of work and as per site condition. All the cables shall be laid through electrical resistance conduct pipe.
