Hiring of 500 KVA DG set (fixed charge):- Providing of 500 KVA prime rated DG in acoustic enclosure for providing 415V, 50Hz, 3-phase power (TPN), on hired basis for a period of one month on round the clock basis at NRL Site along with DG operator. The job shall include providing including transportation of DG set to site, unloading, installation, cabling including glanding and termination, providing main circuit breaker with panel having insulated busbars, indication lamps, voltmeter, ammeter, Hour Meter, KWH meter, frequency meters/multifunction meters, fuel tank and suitable Air Circuit Breaker and protection relays etc. of appropriate rating and size as required to make available necessary power as per requirement of E-I-C. The D.G. Set and associated equipment should be maintained properly and in satisfactory running condition at all times to enable round the clock availability of power at an average of 70% capacity of generators including short periods of overload as per requirement of E-I-C. NRL will provide hydra/crane for unloading of the DG set at site. Compliance of any statutory regulations if required shall be obtained by the bidder during commissioning of the DG at site. Operator for DG set shall be provided by the bidder. Bidder will ensure that operator(s) is present round the clock at site. All necessary earthing connections and earth electrodes will be done provided and installed by the bidder along with construction of necessary earth pits. Cabling from generator terminal to main circuit breaker is in bidders scope. Sheds, if required, will be constructed by the bidder based on site requirements and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. All consumables, spares, lubricants etc. as required to keep the DG and associated equipment in running condition shall be under the scope of the bidder. All associated equipment should be of adequate capacity. Supply, transportation and filling at site of fuel and other running costs involved is under the scope of bidder and included in other line item is excluded from this line item. (One Activity Unit implies providing of one DG set including accessories etc. as specified for a period of one month)

Running charges for 500 KVA DG sets on hire:- Supply, transportation and filling at site of fuel including any other running costs as may be incurred for operation of DGs as per requirement of E-I-C.
