Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Double Dome Shadowless with Ceiling Flange and Base Tube with Ceiling Fixed assembly. OT Light should be European CE and US FDA registered double dome with latest LED technology certified for Medical electrical equipment IEC60601-1 and confirming to IEC 60601-2-41, Class 1 Protection, consist of one main and One Satellite Lighthead in round shape, Manufactured by a USFDA & CE European approved reputed company and must give at least 3 Satisfactory Performance reports from Command/Military Hospitals and Government Hospitals. OT Light Consists of one Main and One Satellite Lightheads in Round Shape Microprocessor controlled Hybrid LED technology with Sensors for Light obstruction and Depth Selection illumination provided by multiple high performance Hybrid LED illuminance (Lux) 140000 + 140000 lux Led Housing with 70-75 Lamps and Dome size between 60-65 cms LED life of 60000 hrs or more. The External construction should be made of high grade of ABS plastic being Electrical, Heat and Chemical resistant to ensure an efficient heat management for not more than 1 degree C temperature rise at surgeons head level, Illumination field of 18-30 cm dia, Variable Colour temperature 3600K to 5500K ± 100K Colour rendering Index 99 or better for RA, R9 and R13 Light held depth 80 to 120 cm, Intensity control 10-100% (Continuous) Light head, suspension should be fully cardanic and camera ready for future upgradation Should not interfere with laminar flow system of the OT with turbulance instensity (matching as per DIN 1946-4 standards) at 13-14% Endo Light for enabling Laproscopic Surgery Dim illumination between 1600-16000 Lux Shadow Dilution with One Tube to be 95%; With One Mask +Tube 85%; With 2 Masks +Tube 65%; Ingress Protection to be IP42 Radiation Energy 3.7mW/m² lx and illumination Energy 570W/m² Sterilizable Handle and Touch sensitive Arm control to offer changing of illuminating field and control of intensity, Colour Temperature and Depth of Light and Synchronizing Both Lightheads with each other and being Camera Ready. SMPS to be 28V DC capacity Remote cordless tablet PC for changing operating parameters. Should have an integrated/ external uninterrupted power supply unit suitable for 01 Hour Backup including dismantling of old U/S light from Site complete all as specified and directed.Note: Old unserviceable shadowless light shall be deposit to MES Store.
