To execute the works as per condition 4 (A) of IAFW- 2249 forming part of the contract and as specified in MES SSR 2009 (Part-I) including amendment 1 to 3 and MES SSR 2020 (Part-II) rates includig all amendment & schedule supplementary rates subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer the work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed by Engineer-in-charge during the period of 12 month from the date of acceptance of the tender.Notes:-(i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the fourth row (bidder name row ) of this BOQ excell sheet by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above / below the MES SSR part II (2020) rates respectively (ii) For accepting purpose percentage quoted above/below the MES SSR Part II (2020) will be taken into the account.
