LIGHTING MAST FABRICATED PART of hot dip galvanized ( AS PER DIAMENSION:-Top dia -150mm ,bottom dia 360 mm ,section -02 Nos (each Section length 6500 mm, over laping 500 mm, pole thickness- top 3.0 mm; bottom 3.0 mm(before galvanisation), door size of the Mast_ 1200 mmX250mm, Base plate- 520 mm X 20 mm ,PCd of foundation bolts 445 mm with following items :- High mast sections with base plate, lantern carriage suitable to fix 06 Nos of luminaries (LED Flood light) symmetrically, 06 suspension head frame (without LED flood light and aviation lights but including feeder piller panell), suitable for wind speed:50 mtr/sec complete with FOUNDATION BOLTS -M 24X850 mm X 06 nos with template and Anchor plate including supply of 12.5 MTR LIGHTING MAST ACCESSORIES PART:- Double drum winch (Gear ratio-50:1 ), power tool, trailing cable, SS wire rope (Grade-AISI 316) make-Ashi/BW ltd. compensating disc, L-stopper (03 Nos) , Manual operating handle ,mounting plates,Lightening Arrestor and earthing spikes( MS/GI) including supply of outdoor made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet, IP-55 stand mounted feeder piller with i.e including 01 No 32 A TPN MCB incomer,single dial time switch,22 A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries,power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push botton, incoming 16 sq.mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq.mm terminals and erection of 12.5 mtr high mast, erection of feeder piller panel as reqd. (Make:- BAJAJ/ Valmont/Transrail) . Hight mast pole will be chosen as per choice of E.I.C. a) 12.5 mtr light mast of 02 section |
| 3 | Supplying and fixing of 200 watt outdoor type LED flood light in powder coated die cast housing complete with heat resistant tempered glass / diffuser incuding neccesarry connection etc. as required ( K- LITE/ Philips/ Bajaj/ Crompton make). Light will be chosen as per Engineer in- charge |
| 4 | Supply and installation of LED aviation obstruction light with integral driver and high quality polycarbonate diffuser(IP-66) |
| 5 | Earthing with 40 mm dia G.I earth pipe (medium gauge) 4.5 mtrs.long complete with masonry enclosure on top CI cover plate size 12''X 12'' having locking arrangement including CC work ,holes on earth pipe etc. as reqd |

For protection including ramming ,consolidating to the original shape as per direction of site Engineer. |

| 13 | Construction of shallow foundation with M grade concrete for the 20/30 mtr. Lighting mast as per design ,considering soil bearing capacity of T/meter square complete with steel, PCC, RCC etc. as reqd |
| 14 | Erection of the 12.5 meter tall lighting mast with the help of suitable capacity hydraulic crane including stress fit assembly with special tools ,installation of wire roopes, winch motor with accessories, aviation light, LED flood light, etc. as reqd. |
