Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a Unified Regulation System (URS) for existing street lights that meets the following specifications: The system must feature a 240 MHz dual-core processor with GSM/GPRS communication capabilities and support for OTA firmware updates. It should come with an internal class 1.0 energy metering system that can provide real-time data of crucial electric load parameters along with fault and theft alerts capable of measuring voltage, current, power factor, kWh and load parameters. The URS must include remote load scheduling and control functionalities with a feedback time of less than 15 seconds. The enclosure conforms to IP65 standards, and be fire-retardant, weatherproof, and rustproof. The system should use a lightweight protocol MQTT / HTTPS based lightweight communication protocol for secure, real-time communication and include cloud-based software for comprehensive device management and remote control Web based central monitoring dashboard and mobile application. It should be able to control three phase street light load upto 8.5 KW and should come with 4 pole MCB upto 40A at Input and individual MCBs upto 40A at output for short circuit protection. Include the cost of SIM cards with a pre-paid data/voice plan for the entire 03-year warranty/subscription period & all necessary industrial-grade cables (input/output), glands, lugs, and mounting hardware required for SITC at the switching point & 03 years of Comprehensive On-site Warranty (DLP) and Operation & Maintenance (O&M).
