To perform such services and execute such works covered under the \\"Term Contract for artificer work\\" upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the condition as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) with errata / amendments 1(a) & (b), 2 & 3 and Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part -II (Rates) and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts)

Note : (i) Tenderer shall insert uniform percentage at the 14th row and \\"F\\" coloumn of this BOQ excel sheet. (ii)Tenderer shall refer and select the option \\"Excess (+)\\" or \\"Less (-)\\" available at the 4th row and 'E\\" coloumn of this BOQ excel sheet,

to quote the percentage above/below/at par on MES SSR-2020 (Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under the estimated rate coloumn and the total amount reflected in this page is for reference only amount of BOQ is only preparation of comparative statement according to e-tendering system. It is not the tender amount and will not be considered for acceptance of tender.

Being Term contract, work is priced at the rates given in MES SSR-2020 Part-II and the tender shall be accepted at uniform percentage given at 14th row and \\"F\\" coloumn of this BOQ excel sheet above/below/at par the rate contained in MES standard schedule of rates of 2020 Part-II by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page. (iv) Irrespective of amount of BOQ accepted CA amount will be Rs 20,00,000.00 only and work orders will be placed upto Rs 20,00,000.00 including percentage quoted by tenderer.
