| 5 | Demolition of RCC cover slab of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris outside MD land.Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. |
| 6 | M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for manholes, etc and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match. Note:- (i) Precast cement concrete cover shall be reinforced. Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. |
| 7 | M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips. |
| 8 | Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. |
| 9 | M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. |

| 11 | M&L MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or rivated or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work as in drain cover confirming to Fe 410 or Fe 310-0 |
| 12 | M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer paint complete all as specified. |
| 13 | Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site complete |
