| 8 | Factory made single extruded Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows and other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65mmx100mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/ Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/ Sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/ Sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with mild steel hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.(ii) Mild steel hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately. |
| 9 | Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 35mm thick, wood plastic composite (WPC) moulded gauged shutter with wire mesh in any number of divisions with brown wood grain texture including stainless steel wire mesh fixed with 15mmx15mm square tube in side rails with screwing 8mmx28mm heat metal zinc coated screws which can be refix again after replacement of stainless wire mesh as per requirement, complete all as specified and as directed. |
