| 33 | M&L for dismantling old wall valve chamber and construction of brick masonary new valve pit chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm (internal ) size 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete foundation using 40mm graded stone aggregate providing well burnt brick masonary wall of 23mm thick built in CM 1:6 rendering in cement 1:6 finished even smooth using extra cement internally and 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even supply and fix 2.00 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50mmx50mmx6mm thick angle iron frame embeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and 1 Nos 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25 x 6mm flat iron applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide) to all exposed surface making good all disturbed surface to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed. |
