| 1 | Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and not exceeding 1.5 m width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers. |
| 2 | Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Removal of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | S&F bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | M & L for sand cushioning for cable protection with dry river sand and punning to provide required cushioning for UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid. |
| 6 | Disconnecting ,taking out and removing from trenches/ducts/sleeve/on pole/wall etc existing LT UG XLPE insulated, armoured cable of any description, any size/core and in any position complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes of cable :- Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective item. 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core |
