Repair of Prayon Filter Tray Supporting Frame (Inside)in PA Plant:Make necessary site arrangements for the work and collect required tools and tackles for the work.Dismantle the inside support rollers, thrust rollers and its assosiated frames. Mark and remove the girth gear segments and stack it safetly as per site instructions. Remove the damaged and corroded structural steel from inside frame as per site instructions. Take the measurement from site. Cut, roll and fabricate the inside frame steel sections from 16/12 mm MS plates. Support frame for girth gear shall also be fabricated. Bolt hole drilling as per requirment shall be done. Prepare the edges of the frame. Fit up the sectioned plates on the inside frame and align with the existing frame levels. Full weld the fit up sections on both sides. Erect back the girth gear and align the segments. Fasting shall be done such that no slackness or misalignment is observed. Any additional patchwork relating to the work shall be in this scope of work.After complete repair, erect back the support roller frames/thrust roller frames and associated rollers back to position. Inside frame section shall be levelled along with the girth gear segments. Site shall be cleared from scrap after completion of work

Fabrication and Replacement of Splash Guards of Prayon Filter in PAP:Collect required tools and takels for the work. Collect required materials and consumables from store. Fabricate gusset for fixing splash guard angles from 6/8 mm HV 9 plates for full required quantity as per available sample inside and outside of prayon filter. Fabricate angles from HV9 as per site measurement to fix splash guard inside and outside the filter as required. Spalsh guards shall be made out of used conveyor belts, cut into required shape and size for entire filter area inside and outside. Used belts shall be transported from scrap yard and cut to required size. Angles and flats for hanging the cut conveyor belts shall also be faricated to required quantity in HV9 material to suit the site conditions.Edges and faces shall be prepared and new gussets shall be welded as per site instruction. Angles shall be fixed as per site condition. The cut conveyor belts shall be bolted to the new angles and flats.Trial run shall be taken after complte work and any stuck up shall be cleared. Used angles/gussets from existing splash guards shall be used after assesing their condition by site in charge and necessary repair if any shall be carried out if required.Area measured will be the area of final fabricated area in HV9 material incl guessets,angles,flats etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
