Maintanance of WBM road including filling up of pot holes ruts and rectifying corrugated surface damaged edges and revelling as per clause 1906 including all leads and lefts as per directions of engineer in Chief.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 by mechanical means as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of trasportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentials.

Bitumenious Concrete:-Providing and laying 30 mm thick bitumenious concretewith 60-90 TPH capacity batchtype computrised HMP producing an avarage out put oof 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggrigate of specified grading II premixed with VG-10 bitumenious binder as per job mix formula with minimum binder concrete of 5.4%to 5.6% of total weight of mix and filler,transportingthe hot mix to work site laying with hydro static paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the disered compction as per MORTH & Hspecification clause No. 508 complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying of 2.5 mm thick road marking strips of specific shade / colour using thermoplastic material complies with MORTH requirement make Asian paint/Kataline as per PWD specification /SOR 2020 including carriage of materials with in all lead and lifts by all means including mechanical transport and as per direction of the Engineer-in -Charge.
