| 2 | Dismantling/Chipping of unsound/weak concrete of 50 mm average thickness from any type of RCC surfaces at any height/any storey of the bldg including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and making good the surfaces in layers with RCC nominal mix 1:1.5:3 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) laid over GI wire netting of 0.90mm dia and 12mm mesh which shall be fixed & firmly anchored to the exposed concrete surface/reinforcement with galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples/nails including the cost of centering and shuttering and finally finished with 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 including painting to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted shall be inclusive of all scaffolding, props and shuttering, GI wire netting, required T&P and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts. |

| 30 | Disconnecting electrically and dismantling of ceiling fans of any make capacity and type, washing thoroughly of bearing /bush, fan blades and body of fan by kerosene /petrol etc and greasing for smooth functioning. Replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (where ever necessary), reassembling the same including provision of three core flexible copper wire 1.5m long, including one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) with super glossy finish to fan body and blades refixing the same to its original position including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Replacement of worn out/ defective/unserviceable parts, flexible copper wire and rewinding shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule). |
