Foam cushion 50 mm thick of 32 density duly covered with leatherite rexine (costing not less than Rs. 350/- per Mtr) shall be fixed over the ply wood on the front side of Head Board. Dimond cut transperant glass button (13-15 Nos as suitable) of approved shade/ colour shall be used for quilting on front side (size- 780 mm x 400 mm) of head board. One hard wood battens of 60 mm x 22 mm shall be provided horizontally fixing in between the legs at 500 mm high from bottom of leg frame of head board. OST face ply shall be fixed in the frame of head board at back side as well as inner side as per the drg except quilting area.
