Providing, laying, spreading and rolling of built-up spray grout layer using bitumen VG-30 (thirty) over prepared base by manual means consisting of a Single layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 37.5 mm (thirty seven point five millimetre) as per Technical Specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Providing and Laying bituminous concrete 30mm ( thirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 (Thirty) @ 5.50% (at the rate of five point five per cent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three percentage) (percentage by weight of aggregatre) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (Hundred - one hundred twenty) TPH capacity by using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required garde, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete in all respect including haulage of material in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive all taxes levy by the government time to time including GST.

Road marking with hot aplied thermoplatic compound with relectorising glass baord on bitumenous surface. Profviding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five milimeter) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm (two hundred fifty grammes per square meter) area thickness of 2.5mm (two point five milimeter) is execlusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.
