Providing & Fixing Glazed Vitrified Floor tiles (Kajaria-Sitka Rosewood) size (200mmx1200 mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, including grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints using epoxy grout mix of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling and finishing complete at any level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of skirting of Glazed Vitrified Floor tiles (Kajaria-Sitka Rosewood) of required size and thickness, fixed to wall surfaces with approved tile adhesive conforming to IS standards, including proper surface preparation, cutting of tiles to required dimensions, filling joints with suitable grout, finishing edges neatly, curing, and cleaning complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
