Work of Opening/Disconnection of the main incoming HT power supply from the HT panel, racking out the breaker to ensure the power is disconnected from all sources connected to FCMA Soft Starter Panels & arrangement of safety helmet etc to start the work.

Dismantling of old non working and burnt starter by opening its incoming cable and control DC supply connection and outgoing cables connection of motor and power connections from vacuum contactors / motor and opening/cutting the grouted angles nut/bolts etc with the help of welding machine/ labour etc at site in de-energized condition work includes removal the panel covers from the cable chambers ,disconnect all earthling connections for the panels & ensure that earthing strips and cables are separated from the panels.

Mechanical Disconnection & Shifting of the burnt starter from the installed location to outside the pump house using Hydra/crane as per requirement & instructions of the engineer in charge.

Supply of the FCMA based soft starter fixed in enclosure with Start/Stop/Run indication and required vacuum contactors for operation , having protection circuit for internal protection/ tripping , suitable for 3 Phase 3300 Volt HT Power supply , motor rating 420 KW Motor using Crane/Hydra as per site requirement and as per instructions of engineer in charge. Make: Any Approved make of DJB.

Work of installation of FCMA based Starter fixed in enclosure with Start/Stop/Run indication and required contactors for operation , having protection against heat , suitable for 3 Phase 3300 Volt HT Power supply , motor rating 420 KW Motor , Join the earthling flat of the new panels to the running earth flat of the existing earthling using Crane/Hydra as per site requirement and as per instructions of engineer in charge.

Work of connection of the feedback from the main incoming panel and connection of feedback of VCB the FCMA panel & Connection of the FCMA rotor controller with required lugs/thimbles /tape etc to complete the work.
