| 4 | Providing, mixing, lifting, hosting and laying reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade confirming the minimum compressive strength of 250kg/cm2 on work test (test conducted in accordance with IS : 456 & IS : 516) of 15 cm cube at 28 days to base of columns and footing, fins, roof slabs, etc. complete including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Cgharge but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel. |
| 5 | Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up HYSD / TMT Reinforcement Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, hoisting, lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings including cost, coveyance, loading, unloading ,stacking & taxes of HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding Wires of 18 to 20 Gauge as required for the work , cost of all Labour T&P as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Providing & laying P.C.C.(1:3:6) using 40mm and down grade size black hard crusher broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing, lowering, laying and compacting to proper thickness watering and curing for the required period as per direction of the EIC, including cost of all materials with all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, conveyance, all labour, all sundries and T & P etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works in Foundation and Plinth with wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports for level centering covered with bituminous paper dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge., including cost of all materials with transportation, loading and unloading , inclusive cost of all labour, materials and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 8 | Painting with two coats of waterproof cement paint over a coat of cement wash of approved quality after cleaning by & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including cost, conveyance, royalty, of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | Painting with one coat approved primer of approved make Iron / wood work including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Primer shall be approved before procurement and use. |
| 10 | Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paints of approved make and of approved colour, shade to new Iron work including cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P etc, complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Paint shall be approved before procurement and use. |
| 11 | Filling low lying areas with sand and compacted to proper level and slope as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 16 | Construction, Providing, Supplying and fixing the pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC compound wall poles having finished dimension of 200mmx200mmx2.9mm long, with an insert plate of size 200x100x 4 mm fixed with 'U' lugs of reinforcement bars of Dia 10mm and overal minimum embedment length of 200 mm (providing the construction joint at the interval of 30.8 mtr) made in M-30 grade concrete with 10 nos. of 4mm dia. HTPC (High Tension Pre Coated) wire, fixed in cast-in-situ, along with supplying, fitting & fixing of pre-cast, pre-tensioned SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide) x 50mm (thick) 7.5 nos. per span, made with M-30 grade concrete having 4mm dia. GI HTPC wire 4 nos. All complete as a set to be measured in term of running meter including such pre-cast, SFRC slab, pole, including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties, taxes all labour, labour cess, T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Excluding cost of GST). |
