Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Facelifting walls with weather shield (Assian Apex Nerolac excel) exterior paint required shade (2 coats ) upto highrt of 25 meters includiung cleaning of dust, dirt using mechnical comprressor mechine with sky folding ladders swings with all incidentals complete to the site of work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10sqm on existing cement paint surface) incl; carriage

Distempering with 1st quality Acrylic/oil bound washable distemper (ready-made) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturers’ specifications, one or more coats on old work

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Polishing on wood work with touch wood polish (One or more coats) including preparing of surface by cleaning and sand papering.
