The job involves opening ofCompressor ends, Supply and Delivery pipeline, Flanges and allied supports, Joints of Compressor unit. Dismantling of engine side of compressor, opening of Cylinder Head, Pistons, Rings, removing of defective items. The job includes disassembling of Pistons, repair to pistons and cylinder by way of Providing and Fitting Piston Ring Set-01 No., Suction and Delivery Valve Set-01 No., Cylinder Set-01 No., Gasket Set of Vacuum Pump- 01 No., Silencer Set-01 No., Filling of New Engine Oil T-30-10 litres to the pump unit and re assembling of pump unit after required repairs and testing of the same for proper functioning. The job further includes any kind minor works like refixing of bolt, joints repair etc. as per site requirement and as needed for smooth functioning of the vacuum pumps.
