Injecting Grouting :- M & L for supply and application of an expanding grout admixture intraplast EP for pressure grouting in holes using min 15mm dia, 100mm long PVC nozzles 1m c/c in the concrete with the help of 200mm long dummy rod. Dummy rod should be removed after the initial set of concrete complete as per manufacturers instruction. Extra nozzles are to be provided along the construcion joint.

Surface Preparation :-Cleaning of surface to remove dust and loosely adhering particles completely.

Waterproof coating :- The prepared surface shall be treated with a two component acrylic polymer modified, cementitious, ready to use, flexible waterproofing slurry at right angles to each other and taking the coatings over the vertical parapet upto at lest 300mm on the exterior surface of the parapet., a glass fibre cloth shall be put between two coats complete as per manufacturers instruction.Technical parameters of the coating system :-Tensile Strength ~ 2 N/MM2 after 28 days (According to ASTM D412)Pullout Bond Strength ~ 2 N/MM2 (concrete failure) (According to ISO 4624)Slant-Shear Bond strength ~ 4 N/MM2 (According to FIP 5.15)Elongation at Break 40% (Accoring to ASTM D 412)Workable time ~ 30 minutes at + 27 o C Water permealility Passes (According to IS 2645)Water absorption NegligibleAccelerated weathering, 500 hours.
