| 1 | M&L for cutting the existing Bituminous / Hard Standing road surface for laying of cable / GI Pipe etc and providing Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for filling up the area of road cutting surfaces and making good the disturbed surface with existing surface and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation earthwork and PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective items. |
| 2 | Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, pole, stay etc and n exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soil including taking out and removal of old bricks laid over for protection of cable all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point. |

| 6 | Supply and spreading sand as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc and refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fix in replacement GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore cut to size and fixed along the pole for cable protection including clamp 02 Nos of size 25x4 mm, nut bolts , washers etc complete all as required at site or directed by Engr in Charge. |
| 8 | Supply, laying in trenches or fixed to wall / pole or passing through pipes or road crossing, testing and commissioning of HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumn conductor, 11KV grade, suitable for earthed system, with aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3 core incuding taking down unserviceable HT cable of any type / size/ description , etc complete all specified and directed. (Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid sepratley.) |
| 9 | Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape ors size as indicated or directed and inclusive of oneprimer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of alumn paint. |
| 10 | Material and labour in replacement of cable end termination out door, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core with working voltage 11000 volts with jointing matrial and accessories including testing etc complete all as spd and directed.Make: Denson/ M Seal / 3 M. |
| 11 | Material and labour in replacement of Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core with working voltage 11000 volts complete all as specified and direced by Engr - in- Charge.Make: Denson/ M Seal / 3 M. |

| 14 | S & F in replacement of Cable route indicators. The cable route indicators comprises for the followings:-Note ;- 1. The cable indicator shall be made up of CI round 100 mm dia welded fitted with MS angle Iron 40x40x6 mm, 65 CM long. The angle shall be grouted in PCC block 1:3:6 of size 150x150x150mm. The CI round shall be embossed with the work \\" MES HT Cables\\".2. The unit rate of S & F of Cable indicators shall be deemed to included the above provision complete. |
| 15 | Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of totally enclosed outdoor type factory fabricated HT Busbar Panel weldless cubical Kiosk in modular bolted construction type dust and vermin proof equal angle iron mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection) made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet. All sheet metal parts separately chemically treated with 7 tank treatment process.
