Quarterly maintenance of water coolers of any make installed at Naval Depot Area Ghatkopar to check water quality, preventive and breakdown maintenance, lubrication, power supply, repair and replacement of filter candles time to time and the water cooler under contract will be serviced for times during the contract time as per standard checklist, compressor will be checked for its proper functioning. All breakdown calls will be attended to during the contract period.The Blower motor will be checked,the driver set of the blower section wll be inspected but tension adjusted and belts changed. Any defects in the electrical item and control wiring will be attended during contract period. Cost of spare parts/consumeables required shall be borne as per type of contract and shall be applicable to all activities specified under contract etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing defective unserviceable compressor of any capacity from window or split AC, Refrigerators, water coolers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair new hermetically sealed compresor in split type AC, 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity including initial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure, brazing, electric/piping connection etc complete all as specified and directed.
