1	Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified & directed.
2	Removing excavated material exc 1.50 Km n exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
3	Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes , septic tank, for laying of cables , laying of pipes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 meter depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
4	Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 , Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5	Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
6	Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
7	Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
8	Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
9	Material and Labour for Formwork of sides of concrete foundations, Footings, Bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter on rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10	Material and Labour for Formwork in square,reactangular or polygonal on rough finished surface of concrete to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

22	Material & labour for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundations, fillings & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
23	Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
24	Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.
25	Material and labour for Waterproofing treatment to sunken floor using acrylic based multipurpose polymer. The treatment shall be carried out as per manufactures specification. The treatment shall be include of the following elements also: 1. Surface preparation of substrate by removing all traces of contaminates, loose and friable particles, cement laitance oils and grease, water repellent coatings etc2. Injection grouting using cementitious grout if required. The payment for injection grouting shall be made separately etc3. Repair to the substrate, filling of blow holes/voids and surface leveling using appropriate products specified by the manufacture.4. All intersections of horizontal and vertical surface should be profiled with a mortar fillet of minimum 25mm x 25mm.5. The moisture content of the substrate shall be checked before application of first coat at water proof coating at the rate of 200 g/m2 followed brush topping at 450g/m2 per mm. The second coat shall be reinforced with glass fabric between the first and second coat.6. The treatment shall be protected by application of polymer modified cement mortar of thickness 10mm applied at the rate of 50g per mm.7. Tech specification : Tensile adhesion strength 0.5N/Sqmm (as bonding slurry).

33	Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finishing the surface even & fair faces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
34	Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) on ceiling and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
35	Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
36	Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing fair & even mixed with Liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions but without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
37	Supply and fixing chicken wire mesh ( Murga jali ) in cement plaster or over joints of R.C.C and brickwork or as per site requirement of 24 gauge & 12 mm mesh and 300 mm width for construction joints and chasing in brick work for electrical conduits or water supply pipes and pegs/nails with nailing machine as required before rendering / plastering etc. complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.Note: Rendering / plastering shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item no. 5.00 of Schedule'A' BoQ here-in- before. Nothing shall be paid extra on account of Rendering / plastering in this item.
38	Material and Labour for applying acrylic wall care putty on internal surfaces and external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and leveling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made acrylic wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.Make of acrylic wall care Putty : AS descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after.Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order. (ii)The make of acrylic wall care putty shall be as per the recommendation of manufacturer of paint.
39	Material and Labour for Preparation of New surfaces and applying 02 coats of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (light shade as approved by GE ) @ 10.00 Sq.m/ litre / 2.00 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over with and including one coat of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Primer @ 10.00 Sq.m / litre / 1.00 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of Interior Acrylic Emulsion by using the brands of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Paint and Interior Acrylic Emulsion Primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
40	Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of any type / description from wall / RCC surfaces / ceiling / chajjas / roof projections etc with mechanical means / grinder and applying 01 coat of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any existing shade @ 10 Sqm/litre/1 coat by using roller to external walls / RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas / roof projections /cantilevers/ balcony etc surfaces over acrylic thick wall care putty on external surfaces of walls / ceiling / soffits ( thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc, over including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 10 Sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer including removing the vegetation of any type and description the making the surface good complete all as specified and directed.
41	Material and Labour for Preparation of Old surfaces and applying 02 coats of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Paint (light shade as approved by GE ) @ 10.00 Sq.m/ litre / 2.00 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over with and including one coat of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Primer @ 10.00 Sq.m / litre / 1.00 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of Interior Acrylic Emulsion by using the brands of Interior Acrylic Emulsion Paint and Interior Acrylic Emulsion Primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
42	M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of Ceiling including cornices and applying two coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
43	Material and Labour for Preparation of New surfaces and applying 02 coats of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint ( shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5.00 Sq.m / litre / 2.00 coats by using roller to External walls / RCC surfaces / Soffits of Chajjas / Roof projections / Cantilevers / Balcony etc. surfaces over with and including one coat of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Primer @ 11.00 Sq.m / litre / 1.00 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion by using the brands of Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Paint and Exterior Acrylic Emulsion Primer as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

214	Supply & Fixing Building Security LED Light of 35 watt , IP 66 , luminaire with high power with toughened glass complete as per manufacturer's instructions with and including bracket made out with 40mm bore Galvanised Iron Light grade pipe 1.20 mtr length bent to shape with 02 sets of MS clamps made out of minimum 3 mm MS flat iron with suitable bolt ,nuts and washers complete and fixing to wall / column with and including electrical connection with 1.5 mtr long twin core round copper conductor cable of suitable size and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:(a) The rate of bracket made out with 40mm bore Galvanised Iron Light grade pipe 1.20 mtr length bent to shape with 02 sets of MS clamps made out of minimum 3 mm MS flat iron with suitable bolt and nuts and electrical connection with 1.5 mtr long twin core round copper conductor cable of suitable size is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for Security LED Light fittings complete including lamps from the certifiy date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :-(i) Manufacturing defects.(ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All Security LED Light must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part -I/II,16103 Part -I, 16104,16105,16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include to fix Security LED Light fittings walls/building which includes needful T & P and required accessories etc if any, complete including making connection, testing etc complete. No extra payment is admissible on these account.

Note:- (i) Earth continuity of GI wire 4 mm including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode will be included in unit rate, complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The rate of earth work in soft/loose soil i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal, form work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (iv) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
