| 1 | Clearance of dense jungle and cutting of grasses, kush and kanse including uprooting of rank of vegetation grass, bushes and scarping the grass, bush wood etc. above 2 inchh over the ground level. Weeding out the wild growth roots, seeds etc. and collecting foreign materials, kankar, ballast pebbles, waste paper etc in switchyard area around the 400 KV GIS control room, 400 KV GIS Hall, 220 KV GIS Hall & 132 KV GIS Hall, sub-station and open store area at the sub-station then digging and taking out the complete root then dispose of all the removed vegetation, rubbish and garbage etc. by throwing it outside the periphery of the sub-station premises with all cost of men, misc, consumables and T&P etc. required for the job as per details below- |

| 7 | Uprooting of small wild trees in switchyard area between pale fencing area between chain link fencing and security wall, area around 400 KV GIS control room, 400 KV GIS Hall, 220 KV GIS Hall & 132 KV GIS Hall open store area at the sub-station then digging and taking out the complete root then dispose of all the removed vegetation, rubbish and garbage etc. by throwing it outside the periphery of the sub-station premises and finally leveling the ground with all cost of men, misc consumables and T&P etc required for the job as per details below- |

| 12 | Following cleaning works are to be done at Transmsission Sub Stations with all cost of Men, materials, Consumables, Clearners, Mopping, Brooms etc. by deployment of minimum 01 Sweeper at 400/220/132 KV Substations :-A) Daily Cleaning and Mopping of floors in Substation Control Room Building including following rooms: a)Control Room, b)Conference Room , c)Pantry & Staff Room,d)T&C Room, e)Battery Room, f) LT Room, g) Emulsifier Room , h) Compressor Room, i)Hydrant Room j) All Office Rooms etc.B) Daily Brooming at Roads inside and out side Switchyard, Parking area, Main entrance areaC) Toilet Cleaning - Daily cleaning of Toilets (Conference Room Washroom, Ladies Washroom, Common Washroom & Guard's Washroom) with Phenyl / Harpic etc. (Common Washroom needs to be clean twice a day)D) Dusting & Cleaning with wet cloth & Phenyl/ Disinfectant Liquid along with cleaning and removing of dirt and spider web from Almirah, windows, doors, tables & chairs and ceiling and walls of all Office Rooms including Committee Room.In addition to the above work Collection of all type of garbage like Dry leaves, dirty clothes,plastic etc. from all over the campus area including cost of all men and material excluding Sundays.
