Supply and fixing of BISHOP Column light made of mild steel with fine laser cut design closed by diffuser and have ingress protection for optical compartment. Fitting height 3mtr above ground level with mid light illumination of 40W. The column section shall be of 300mmx300mm with top part predesigned with street light of 50W for illuminating the side areas. Mid-section gives the homogeneous light output. All pole section Shall be welded by certified welders using high MIG welding process. The Service door shall be provided at bottom part of the pole which equipped with a C clamp with sliding nuts to accommodate a built in connection box. The control gear tray is prewired with MCB, terminal connectors for loop in loop out arrangement. The base plate of the pole is design with elongated foundation holes for fine alignment of the pole during installation. Fitting is made of mild steel with fine laser cut design and signage closed by PMMA diffuser tailored with lighting to suit your specific needs as per detail drawing. Color tolerance 3 SCDM to avoid color deviation. All exterior parts are made of stainless steel. Diffused symmetric light without glare. Light output of source is more than 110lm/ watt, CRI>70, Surge protection 10k, operating voltage 140-270V, wired with Branded LEDs of Osram/Cree or equivalent and Fulham or equivalent constant voltage/current driver with efficiency>80%, power factor>0.9, THD 10%. The CCT of led will be 3000k/4000k/5700k as required by the project. Proper thermal management for longer life of fixture, Led burning of 50,000 hours. Column light fixture is complete in all aspects with all accessories except foundation bolt. The work includes all miscellaneous parts and equipmets as required.
