| 1 | Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts. |
| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3(1cement:1 ½ sand:3graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts: |
| 4 | Foundation,footing basis of columns & the likeand mass concrete. |
| 5 | Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. hick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels. |
| 6 | Suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two levels |
| 7 | Providing and laying No fine concrete in 1:6(1cement:6 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete with weep hole or pores etc. curing complete excluding cost of form work Foundation , plinth and wall including all leads and lifts. |
| 8 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- |
| 9 | Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts |
| 10 | Vertical surfaces such as Walls ( any thickness but attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. and the like complete in all leads and lifts. |
| 11 | White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats) to give an even shade I/c thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust dirt & other foreign matter as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge upto all lead & lifts. |
| 12 | Providing mild tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position i/c binding wire complete up to floor two level complete in all respect as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge upto all lead & lifts. |
