| 1 | Repair, Operation & Maintenance of Water Vending Machine 9 Nos installed in different wards of the Muncipal Carporation Area of Shimla City , including ensuring uninterupted 24x7 functionality & maintenance of cleanliness & hygienic conditions in and arround the Water Vending Machine Installations. |
| 2 | The scope of work shall include the followings:- Repair, Servicing & preventive maintenance of above water vending machines installed in various wards to keep in them in proper working condition at all times. Operation & maintenance of the water vending machines on a round the clock basis ( 24x7) to ensure uninterrupted supply of potable drinking water to the public. Replacement of defective or worn-out components , consumables, filters, electrical parts , wherever required to maintain the operational efficiency of the machine. All works shall be carried out as per the direction & satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge , & no extra payment shall be admissible for incidental works required for proper completion of the Job. |

| 30 | Deployment of skilled manpower for operation , zone wise routine inspection , cleaning , preventive maintenance and complaint attending of water vending machine ( water ATM) i/c checking of water quality , filtration system , Pump, Motor, Electrical components , upkeep of hygenic conditions in and around installations , maintance ofd prescribed records , submission of daily/periodic compliance reports to the Engineer-in-Charge / competent authority complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 31 | Duties and responsibilities:- Carrying out zone wise routine field visit to installed water vending machines ( Water ATM) on a daily basis, strictly in accordance with the direction of Engineer-in-Charge . Attending & inspecting minimum 6-7 water vending machines per day under normal operating conditions where no complaints are reported. Attending 3-4 water vending machines per day during complaint based maintenance , i/c fault detection , diagonsis and rectification. Performing routine inspection , cleaning, servicing, preventive maintenance of water vending machiness to ensure smooth & uninterrupted operations. Checking , testing & ensuring proper functioning of all component. Water quality parameters and dispensing quality. Filtration system and filter cartridges. Pump , motors, valves , pipe lines and associated machenical components. Electrical panels , wiring, control units and allied electrcal system. Attending complaint-based repairs. troubleshooting operational and technical faults, and carrying out replacement of minor parts/components.. wher3ever required, after obtaining approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. Ensuring proper hygience and cleanliness in and around the Water V3ending machine installations, including the dispensing area and surroundings. Maintaining daily visit registers, service recordes, complaint registers, and maintenance logs in the prescribed formats approved by the department. Submitting routine visit compliance reports and details of complaint redressal tgo the concerned authority on a daily/periodic basis, as directed. Coordinating with supervisory staff and departmental officials to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical and operational issues. Ensuring safe, hygienic, and continuous supply of potable drinking water to the public without inte4rruption, in accordance with departmental standardds and statutory guideline.
