903178 NET 1925035.59 Conditions: Conditions: 1.All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL. 2.The quantities are tentative and may vary up to any extent or deleted during execution as per actual approved lay out plan & site condition. 3.After Pre-Engineering Works,if any items are to be replaced/deleted,he case for extra item/replacement item will be sent for sanction at relevant level. 4.All civil work shall be carried out as per UPPTCL/UPPWD specification. 5.Rates in BOQ are exclusive of CGST,SGST. Labour tax shall be borne by contractor. 6.Cement of approved quality like ACC,Ultra-Tech,Birla or equi.shall only be used. 7.Overweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within tolerance shall be measured at actual weight. 8.In case any change in Bill of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor. The agreement shall be executed on the approved Bill of Quantity only. 9.In case of dismantling of civil structure at site, 60% brick work shall be treated as fresh brick, 30% as brick bat & 10% as debris. Fresh brick & brick bat shall be issued to contractor/ firm at prevailing/pertaining SOR 10.The amount of scrape steel recovered from dismantling shall be shall be issued to contractor/ firm at 1/3rd of rate in prevailing/pertaining SOR. 11.Complition of the work shall be considerd after leveling dressing and cleaning of site will be done. 12.Performance gaurantee shall be applicable as per go 622/23-12-20212-2 Audit/08 dt 08 une 2012 adopted by upptcl BOD dt 27-06-2017.
