Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters and lift upto 1.50 meters disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed within all leads and lifts.

Laying and jointing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of following grade and diameters conforming to IS-1239 as specified below jointed with butt welding according to relevant BIS code 816-1969 including all short pieces bends,tee and other specials etc. made from parent tubes as applicable for the particular reach and of approved specifications as per site conditions including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should conform to BIS code 5822-1970 within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing M.S flanges confirming to BIS 6392-1971 (latest with up to date ammendment ) flanged dia, table and nominal pressure as specified below welded at both ends of pipe ( as per site conditions for the particular reach as required) according to revelant BIS code 816-1962 and provided with nuts and bolts of required size as per BIS code 1364 i/c 3mm thick compressed asbestor fibre gasket of synthetic rubber gasket confirming to revelant BIS code 2712-1965 complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts.
