Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, transporting the mix material by mechanical transport from the plant upto the site of work, laying the mixed material in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher on well prepared surface and compacting the same with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density/ compaction as per specifications and directions of Engineer Incharge, including cost and carriage of all materials, hire charges of machinery, all taxes ete complete.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt dust mud and finally booming the surface as per the specification. On WBM 0.75kg/sqm complete and as per directions of Engineer in charge

Providing and laying 50mm thick Bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quarry, size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 3.5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in Hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material from plant upto site of work and laying the mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including cost and carriage of all the materials, hire charges of machinery, all taxes etc complete

Providing and Laying of 25mm thick (compacted) semi dense bituminous concrete surface using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading as per specification and bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of the stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material from plant site by mechanical transport upto the site of work, laying the mixed material with paver finisher to required level and grade and rolling with read roller as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired compaction/density including tost and carriage of the all materials, hire charges of machinery, all taxes etc complete

Providing and laying seal coat 6mm thick of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of V G 10 grade bitumen per cum of fine aggregate (0.768 Kg of bitumen per sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including ralling and finishing with road roller complete job
