| 2 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sandwich type (Copper + tin plate throughout length), aluminium busway (3L+N+PE), with multi layer polyester film class-F insulation, 100% N, minimum 80KA for 1 sec and 12KV impluse withstand, enclosure as integral earth in GI, with IP-55, bus duct shall be made out of min 1.5 mm thick galvanised sheet steel enclousre (C-Ribbed housing in min 1.5mm thick) with IP-55 and powder coated painted with RAL 7035 or as per OEM design, minimum temp rise:55 deg over ambient of 40 deg, rated insulation & operating voltage 1000V of minimum rating 1600 Amps with IP 55 protection staright run with or without outlets complete all as specified and directed.Note : The rate inclusive of edge wise hanger (suspension brackets) and angle iron supports whereever required as per OEM design for supporting bus duct. Contractor shall submit GA drg/spec for approval of GE before placing the order. |

| 7 | M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32mmx6mm by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe \\"light grade\\" for protection of earth lead, 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering and earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top, watering pipe of 20 mm bore of light grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board/ transformer neutral and testing on completion as directed including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast reinforced cover with MS XPM Jalli, RCC (1:1.5:3) cover slab of size 450 x 450 x 100mm with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar, wire mesh and testing including dismantling old defective earth pit complete all as specified and directed .Note: (i) Cost of GI earth Strip and GI protection pipe upto 7.5mtr length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.(ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation, returninng & filling, PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point. |

| 11 | S&F in repair including installation, testing and commissioning of 750 KVA/600 KW DG set diesel engine driven Generating set with alternator out put Voltage 415 Volts +1% at set value of 415 V at a frequency 50HZ +0.5%, suitable for prime duty operation, with STD control panel, outdoor type IP-54 consisting of AMF feature to be errected at location indicated, (NTP for suitable for installing at Chouldhari dam, Sri Vijaya Puram, all mounted in acoustic enclosure and Control panel as per manufacturers design and specification confirming to norms of CPCB IV+ and latest CPCB amendments complete with the following :- Note : Dismantling old DG sets with all connected accessories depositing to MES storeyard.(i) DG Fuel tank capacity for 08 hrs supply with fuel gauge etc complete fixed with suitable foundation frame, grouted on floor with connecting fuel pipelines from fuel tank to DG all as per OEM recommendations.
